Base Contract

 

  • Subject of the Contract– bargain for bunkering(vessel’s supply with oil-lubricating materials)

  • Contract is concluded between the Party submitted an application No. dd hereinafter referred to as the Petitioner and the Party participating in bidding/tender according to the indicated application hereinafter referred to as the Initiator of tender.

The Parties agreed that the Protocol of discrepancies,Protocol of the bargain execution and Act of the works done shall be the integral parts of the present Contract.At the same it deems to be agreed that in case of contradictory terms and conditions,the provisions of the Base Contract and the Protocol of discrepancies shall prevail over the provisions of the Protocol of the bargain execution within the limits of these contradictions at the most.
