Portal provides the possibilities: - to place the applications;
- to invite tenders for the applications directly with the person placed theme, namely to create projects;

- To participate in tenders:
- to choose the subject and the search sector of the interested proposal, further on - "Your projects" / "To create projects", at the same time the applications placed on the given subject and direction will be opened. At the same time, for instance, should you represented yourself as the Party rendering the service, the Customers’ applications will be opened for the users of these services;
- upon in-depth study of the applications it is necessary to mark the applications you are interested in ( the mark to be put in the leftmost column) and activate "To participate in tenders";

- Further on your applications and your projects will be kept by the system and adapted in the subject chosen by you and in the sector as “Your applications” and “Your projects”.
**Information transmitted from the portal system to the e-mail address indicated by you in the registry form: - messages as to reaction on your application or confirmation of agreement of the Petitioner of the application to participate in tenders according to your initiative;
- messages as to the scheme “Back communication”.
